Lighthouse Writers Workshop

New three-story office building for the non-profit Lighthouse Writers Workshop, which provides education and support to the writing community. It is an exposed steel and wood structure featuring cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels for the floor and roof decks. Different areas include event space, library, café, kitchen, staff offices, workshop writing classrooms, lounge, outdoor patio, and youth room. The space is meant to inspire with creative bookcases, lots of natural light, and an iconic cylindrical stair tower. This project is the winner of two major construction awards, 2023 AGC ACE Award Under $10 Million – General Contractor, and the 2024 ENR Mountain States Best Project Under $10 Million.
